What started as a regular interview turned into a deeply emotional film that captured the essence and beauty of a city to which we weren’t sure we’d ever see again.

The piece received praise upon its release, including words of recognition from the editor-in-chief of Condé Nast Traveler, who described it as one of the best visual works they had ever received. (Although he might have been influenced and maybe even a bit dazedby the anxiety and confusion we all shared during that time, I keep his email as evidence in case he changes his mind in the future.)
