First printing, in German, of a very rare work by this extraordinary artist/architect. Copiously illustrated with his sketches and photos of his work. Published in 1930 by Verlag Dr. H. Girsberger and Cie, bound in light gray stiff cardboard with black lettering. Published in oblong format. A very good copy with a crease to the front flyleaf and light even toning to the gray boards. Triangular chip (three-quarter inch by three-quarter inch) to lower corner of front cover. An early, rare and significant Jeanneret/Corbusier study.
